Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

When Will I Receive My Order?

Once your order is placed, we begin printing, assembling, and packaging it within 24-48 hours. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and take another 3-5 business days for delivery. Most customers receive their orders within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days and may affect timelines.

How Does Free Shipping Work and Are There Any Shipping Costs?

 

Orders over $100 shipped to the 48 continental U.S. states qualify for free shipping. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $9.99 applies. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated during checkout. We apologize for the additional costs—thank you for understanding!

What Is Your Return Policy?

- Before your order ships: You can cancel your order anytime before it ships—just contact us.

- Within 30 days of receiving your order: If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll provide an exchange (store credit) or refund. You never need to return the artwork. Refunds exclude shipping; exchanges include full item + shipping as store credit. Returns are always free.

- Holiday returns: Items purchased between Nov 15 and Dec 25 may be returned or exchanged until Jan 31.

- After 30 days of receipt of your order: We no longer offer returns, but our 365-Day Quality Workmanship Guarantee still applies. If there’s an issue with craftsmanship or materials, we’ll gladly provide a store credit replacement.

Starting Your Return 

-We will never require you to mail your items back to us for returns or exchanges. We offer a unique return process to make it quick and easy to exchange or refund your order.

Please don’t discard your item until we've confirmed your return is complete.

Color Differences

- Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your screen may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.
