Canvas Art Shop is proudly veteran-owned. Through our CAS Heroes Discount, eligible military members, veterans, first responders, educators, and government employees may receive an additional 10% off eligible canvas wall art purchases.

The CAS Heroes Discount may be applied on top of eligible Canvas Art Shop sale prices, providing qualifying customers with additional savings.

Who Is Eligible?

The CAS Heroes Discount is available to qualifying:

​

• Active-duty U.S. military members

• Honorably discharged U.S. veterans

• Military spouses

• Police officers

• Firefighters

• EMTs and paramedics

• Other qualifying first responders

• Teachers and educators

• Government employees

 

- Eligibility must be verified before a discount code can be issued.

How the CAS Heroes Discount Works —

​

1. Complete the CAS Heroes Discount application form.

2. Upload a properly redacted document confirming your eligibility.

3. Canvas Art Shop will review your submission.

4. Once approved, a one-time discount code will be emailed to you.

5. Enter the code during checkout on an eligible canvas wall art purchase.

 

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee approval. Canvas Art Shop may request additional information when the submitted documentation does not clearly confirm eligibility.

Acceptable Verification Documents —

​

Depending on your eligibility category, acceptable documentation may include:

​

• Veterans — A properly redacted DD Form 214

• Active-duty military — Properly redacted military orders or Leave and Earnings Statement

• First responders — A redacted pay statement, employment document, or department-issued certificate

• Teachers or government employees — A redacted current employment document showing your name, organization, and qualifying role

• Military spouses — A redacted document reasonably confirming current military-spouse eligibility

 

- Only the information necessary to verify your name and eligible status should remain visible.

Protect Your Personal Information —

​

Before uploading any document, permanently cover or remove:

​

• Social Security numbers

• Dates of birth

• Financial or banking information

• Employee or identification numbers not required for verification

• Home addresses

• Medical information

• Other sensitive personal details

 

Important —

​

Do not upload a photograph or copy of a military Common Access Card, military identification card, driver’s license, passport, or other sensitive government-issued identification.

​

Canvas Art Shop only needs enough information to confirm eligibility—not your private identification details.

Verification files are used only to review the application and should be deleted after the eligibility review is completed.

Discount Terms and Restrictions —

​

• The CAS Heroes Discount provides an additional 10% off eligible canvas wall art.

• The discount may be used on top of eligible public Canvas Art Shop sale pricing.

• The discount does not apply to eGift Cards, taxes, shipping charges, prior purchases, or excluded products and services.

• Discount codes are issued for one-time use unless otherwise stated.

• Codes are personal, nontransferable, and may not be sold or shared.

• Only one coupon or promotional code may be used per order.

• The CAS Heroes Discount cannot be combined with another coupon code, Canvas-Credits reward, replacement code, store-credit code, or similar coded offer.

• The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Eligibility may need to be verified again for future discount requests.

• Canvas Art Shop may approve, deny, suspend, modify, or discontinue the program when necessary.
