How Your eGift Card Works —

1. Choose an Amount 
   - Select an available value or enter your own custom amount.

2. Personalize Your Gift 
   - Add the recipient’s name, email address, and an optional personal message.

3. Send It Your Way
   - Email it immediately, schedule delivery for later, or send it to yourself to present personally.

4. Redeem at Checkout
   - The recipient enters the unique eGift Card code during checkout. Any unused balance remains available for a future purchase.

 

Important eGift Card Details —

• Canvas Art Shop eGift Cards never expire.

• There are no activation, maintenance, inactivity, or email-delivery fees.

• Only one eGift Card may be redeemed per order.

• Eligible promotional savings may be applied to qualifying merchandise purchased with an eGift Card.

• eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase another eGift Card.

• eGift Card purchases are final and nonrefundable except where required by law.

• Approved refunds for merchandise purchased with an eGift Card are returned to the applicable eGift Card balance.

 

Delivery or Email Problems —

Immediate-delivery eGift Cards normally arrive by email within minutes. Allow up to 15 minutes; if necessary check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Contact Customer Support promptly if the recipient’s email address was entered incorrectly or the eGift Card cannot be located.
