After a successful transaction, please allow up to 15 minutes for the recipient to receive their eGift card.
I want a printed eGift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
The eGift Card will be emailed to you directly so that you can print it out and deliver it to your recipient.
Are there any fees associated with the eGift Card?
No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card. We will not impose shipping or any other fees at any time.
Can I schedule this to be delivered at a certain time?
Yes!. You can schedule your email for any future date and time, using the “Delivery date calendar“ option above. Just note that all scheduling is based on US Central Time, up to one year in the future, and your copy will be sent to you immediately.
When does the eGift Card expire?
eGift Cards will never expire.
Can I use this eGift card with other coupons or eGift cards?
Yes! You can continue to add as many compatible coupons and eGift cards to your order as you like.
Can I return or exchange eGift cards?
eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. The CANVASARTSHOP return policy does not apply to eGift Cards, however, it does apply to purchases made with eGift Cards. Once your order is placed; printing, assembling and packaging begins within 24-48 hours. The average timeframe from the date an order is placed until the order is delivered to your door is 4-7 business days. Holiday seasons the time frame is subject to change.
