Canvas Art Shop reviews custom and special artwork requests individually to determine what may be possible within our design, production, and fulfillment capabilities.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that it can be completed. We will review your specifications and explain the available options, estimated pricing, and any limitations before an order is placed.

Types of Requests We May Be Able to Help With —

Depending on the artwork and production requirements, eligible requests may include:

​

• Personalized names, dates, locations, or short messages

• Alternative color palettes or color adjustments

• Different cropping, orientation, or composition options

• Coordinated canvas artwork sets

• Artwork recommendations for a particular room, style, or color scheme

• Large-wall artwork and sizing assistance

• Business, office, hospitality, or multi-piece orders

• Help locating artwork similar to another design available on Canvas Art Shop

 

Not every artwork can be modified, and all available canvas sizes must remain within supported production specifications.

How the Request Process Works:

​

1. Submit your custom or special artwork request.

2. Canvas Art Shop reviews the design, image-quality, sizing, and production requirements.

3. We contact you with available options, estimated pricing, timing, and any limitations.

4. When applicable, a digital proof may be provided for review.

5. Production begins only after the final design details and purchase terms are approved.

 

Do not place a standard product order expecting unapproved changes. Custom modifications must be reviewed and approved before production.

Pricing and Completion Time:

​

Pricing depends on the artwork, requested changes, canvas size, quantity, and level of customization.

Custom and personalized artwork may require additional design and approval time before the normal production process begins. Any estimated pricing and completion timeframe will be communicated before you are asked to complete the purchase.

A preferred completion date may be submitted, but availability and delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

Requests We Cannot Accept —

​

Canvas Art Shop cannot accept requests that:

​

• Reproduce copyrighted artwork, protected characters, trademarks, or logos without authorization

• Copy another artist’s work or protected commercial design

• Use images that do not meet the resolution required for the requested canvas size

• Require unsupported sizes, materials, framing, or production methods

• Contain unlawful, hateful, offensive, or otherwise prohibited content

• Cannot be produced at an acceptable print quality

 

We may also decline requests that fall outside our current design or fulfillment capabilities.

Proofs and Customer Approval:

​

When a digital proof is provided, review all wording, spelling, dates, colors, cropping, and layout carefully before you submit your approval. All custom artwork purchases are final upon receival of your special wall art product.

Production may begin after the final proof is approved. Changes requested after approval may require additional design fees, production time, or a new order.
