Canvas-Credits Loyalty Program

Canvas-Credits is the Canvas Art Shop loyalty rewards program. Members earn credits by purchasing eligible canvas artwork and completing qualifying activities that help support and grow the Canvas Art Shop community.

Accumulated Canvas-Credits may be exchanged for monetary discounts on future qualifying purchases. The more credits you earn, the greater the reward you can unlock.

​

Membership is free, but customers must create or sign in to a Canvas Art Shop member account to earn, view and redeem Canvas-Credits.

How Canvas-Credits Work —

​

Canvas-Credits can be earned in two ways:

​

• Shop and Earn — Receive credits when purchasing eligible Canvas Art Shop products.

• Share and Earn — Receive credits for eligible reviews, customer photographs, social-media content and selected member activities.

 

Once enough credits have been accumulated, members may exchange them for a discount on a future qualifying order.

​

Canvas-Credits rewards are designed to provide additional savings alongside eligible Canvas Art Shop sale pricing.

Earn Canvas-Credits Through Purchases —

​

Members earn:

​

1 Canvas-Credit for every eligible $1 spent

​

Purchase credits are calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

​

Credits are awarded in whole numbers. Partial dollars do not earn partial credits.

​

Canvas Art Shop may request a screenshot, published link, order number or other information needed to confirm eligibility.

Product Review Rewards —

​

Product reviews are especially valuable to the Canvas Art Shop community because they help future customers make informed purchasing decisions.

​

Members may earn:

​

• 200 Canvas-Credits for a verified written product review

• 300 Canvas-Credits total for a verified product review that includes an eligible customer photograph

 

The written-review and photo-review rewards do not combine for the same review. A qualifying photo review receives the higher 300-credit total rather than 200 credits plus an additional 300 credits.

​

Unless otherwise approved, one review reward may be earned per qualifying purchased product.

​

Reviews must reflect the customer’s genuine experience. Credits may be withheld or removed for duplicate, misleading, copied, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible submissions.

​

Social-Media Rewards —

​

Members can earn Canvas-Credits by creating original content featuring their Canvas Art Shop artwork.

​

Eligible content may include:

​

• A customer photograph showing the artwork displayed in a home, office or other interior

• A short video showing the artwork, room transformation, unboxing, installation or customer experience

 

To qualify, the content must:

​

• Be original customer-created content

• Clearly feature eligible Canvas Art Shop artwork

• Include the required Canvas Art Shop tag or mention

• Be posted publicly on an eligible social-media platform

• Remain available long enough for Canvas Art Shop to verify it

• Comply with the applicable platform’s rules and Canvas Art Shop submission requirements

 

Unless otherwise approved, only one social-content reward may be earned per qualifying order. A social photo and social video ordinarily cannot both receive separate credit awards for the same submission or substantially identical content.

Redeem Canvas-Credits for Future Savings —

Canvas-Credits may be exchanged for the following member rewards:

— Members may redeem a smaller available reward or continue accumulating credits toward a higher reward.

— Credits used to unlock a reward are deducted from the member’s available Canvas-Credits balance.

 

How the Minimum Purchase Requirement Is Calculated —

 

The required purchase amount is based on the eligible merchandise subtotal:

1. After eligible Canvas Art Shop sale pricing has been applied

2. Before the Canvas-Credits reward is deducted

3. Before taxes and shipping charges are added

 

Example

​

A member has unlocked a $10 reward for an order of $150 or more.

​

Eligible sale-price subtotal: $150 Canvas-Credits reward: −$10 Remaining merchandise subtotal: $140

Taxes and any applicable shipping charges are calculated separately.

Using Canvas-Credits With Canvas Art Shop Sales —

​

Canvas-Credits rewards are designed to provide members with additional value beyond eligible public sale pricing.

​

A Canvas-Credits reward may be used with an eligible active Canvas Art Shop sale unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

​

The following restrictions apply:

​

• Only one Canvas-Credits reward may be used per order.

• A Canvas-Credits reward cannot be combined with another coupon or promotional code.

• The order must meet the required merchandise subtotal after eligible sale pricing and before the Canvas-Credits reward is applied.

• Certain products, services or special promotions may be excluded.

 

When Will My Credits Appear?

​

Purchase credits are added after the eligible order has been successfully processed and payment has been confirmed.

​

Credits for reviews, social posts and other manually verified activities may take additional time to appear. Generally you can see the rewards total within 24-48 hours after a team member verifies the review/post.

Members should remain signed in to the correct Canvas Art Shop account when completing eligible activities and purchases.

​

Canvas-Credits Expiration —

​

— Canvas-Credits expire 12 months after the date they are earned.

​— Credits earned on different dates may therefore have different expiration dates.

​— Expired credits cannot be redeemed, transferred or restored except when required to correct a documented account error.

​— Members are responsible for monitoring their available balance and expiration dates.

​

Returns, Cancellations and Account Adjustments —

​

Canvas-Credits connected to a canceled, returned, refunded, disputed or fraudulent order may be removed or adjusted.

​

When only part of an order is refunded or returned, the corresponding number of purchase credits may also be deducted.

​

Credits may also be removed when they were awarded because of:

​

• Duplicate submissions

• Inaccurate account information

• Ineligible reviews or social content

• Technical or administrative errors

• Fraudulent or abusive activity

• Violations of the Canvas-Credits program terms

 

If a member has already redeemed credits that are later determined to be ineligible, Canvas Art Shop may adjust the account balance accordingly.

Important Program Conditions —

​

• A Canvas Art Shop member account is required.

• Canvas-Credits have no cash value.

• Credits cannot be exchanged directly for cash.

• Credits cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another member.

• Rewards are intended for the member account that earned them.

• Only eligible purchases and approved activities earn credits.

• Gift cards, taxes, shipping charges and certain excluded products or services may not earn credits.

• Credits cannot be earned on the portion of an order paid for using a Canvas-Credits reward.

• One reward may be redeemed per qualifying order.

• Program misuse may result in removed credits, canceled rewards or account restrictions.

• Canvas Art Shop may update the program’s earning opportunities, reward values, eligibility requirements and operating terms.

 

Any material program changes will be reflected on the Canvas-Credits Loyalty Program page or within the member account area.
